हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री का फर्जी मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र बनाने वाले गिरोह का पुलिस ने किया पर्दाफाश, गिरोह के पांच सदस्य चढ़े पुलिस के हत्थे
सोनभद्र। मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी रॉबर्ट्सगंज कार्यालय में कार्यरत डाटा प्रोसेसिंग जन्म मृत्यु मनोज कुमार सोनभद्र द्वारा दिनांक 10 फरवरी 2023 को पन्नूगंज थाने पर सूचना दी गयी कि मनोहर लाल पुत्र हरवंश लाल के नाम से दिनांक 02 फरवरी 2023 को मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र पंजीकरण संख्या D/2023.60339-000021 जारी किया गया है, जो पूर्णतः फर्जी है। उक्त सूचना पर थाना पन्नूगंज पर मु0अ0सं0 38/2023 धारा 419, 420, 468, 471 भादवि पंजीकृत किया गया था।
उक्त एफआईआर के बाद घटना के सफल अनावरण व अभियुक्तों की गिरफ्तारी हेतु पुलिस अधीक्षक सोनभद्र द्वारा अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक ऑपरेशन व क्षेत्राधिकारी सदर के निर्देशन में अपराध शाखा व थाना पन्नूगंज की संयुक्त टीम का गठन किया गया। इस टीम द्वारा अथक लगन व परिश्रम से प्राप्त सूचनाओं के आधार पर आज घटना में संलिप्त इस गिरोह के 05 सदस्यों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। उपरोक्त पंजीकृत अभियोग में धारा 66(सी), 66(डी) आईटी एक्ट की बढोत्तरी की गयी।
पूछताछ का विवरण-
पूछताछ करने पर अभियुक्तगण द्वारा बताया गया कि स्वास्थ्य भवन लखनऊ के जन्म एवं मृत्यु आकंड़ा अनुभाग में स्टेट को-आर्डिनेटर के पद पर कार्यरत् यशवन्त द्वारा इन्हे जन्म एवं मृत्यु प्रमाण जारी करने हेतु बनाये गये सीआरएस पोर्टल की आईडी व पासवर्ड दिया जाता है तथा इनके मोबाइल नम्बर को उस आईडी पर पंजीकृत कर दिया जाता है जिससे लॉगिन करते समय ओटीपी भी मिल जाता है जिसकी सहायता से हम जन्म एवं मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत करने का कार्य करते है जिसके एवज में हम लोगों को प्रत्येक प्रमाण पत्र पर धनराशि मिलती है। बीते 02 फरवरी 2023 को एक व्यक्ति जिसका नाम-पता हमलोग नही जानते है मनोहर लाल पुत्र हरवंश लाल निवासी 719 न्यू प्रेमनगर पोस्ट प्रेमनगर करनाल हरियाणा पिन- 132001 का मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने हेतु हमें विवरण जरिये व्हाट्सएप भेजा था जिसे हमने बनाकर जरिये व्हाट्सएप उसे भेज दिया। इस कार्य के लिए हमें पैसे मिले।
